The Foreign Agents is a collective sharing a sonic vision of deep dubbed-out downtempo, broken beats, jazz, and a twist of soul. Founder and New York-based producer De Rigueur (Mike Reger) collaborates on these recordings with Washington DC-based vocalist mcTHC (Cecille Chen).
