Charmant Juliette is from Russia, where the lack of an outlet for non-commercial music led her to connect with, and contribute to a wide swath of netlabels and underground music producers from around the world. As Charmant Juliette, she creates downtempo, chillout electronica which is far removed from her other musical persona. As Julia van der Piller, she produces blistering and brutal breakcore tracks, littered with experimental noise and sound art.
